Q: How can I find my way to the venue?
A: Once you have registered, you will receive our road-map, which contains directions to the venue; venue contact details; transport information; lost or stolen card/passport help lines. There will also be our direct contact details if you require any further information or assistance.
Q: Are the meals included?
A: Yes, all refreshments and conference lunches are included for the duration of the event. There is also a cocktail reception on the first evening of our events.
Q: Is accommodation included?
A: No. Details of the accommodation options will be included within the confirmation email. To take advantage of our corporate accommodation rate, please quote you are attending a Teneo conference when making your reservation.
Q: Special Needs
A: Please let us know when registering if you have any special needs, disabilities, and/or dietary restrictions. We will try our best to accommodate you and to make sure your stay with us as pleasant and as comfortable as possible.
Q: How and when will I receive my documentation package?
A: The documentation package will be sent the day after the event and we will email you your login details so you can access all the presentations online, anytime.
